1. Services

AI Career Bridge India Training provides live online AI enablement programs. The Orientation Webinar is free when shown as free on the registration page. The 5-Day AI Enablement Cohort is a paid program at the price displayed at checkout.

2. Payment

No payment is collected for a free webinar. Cohort payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The price and inclusions shown at checkout apply to that registration.

3. Delivery

For an open webinar session, registration confirmation and available joining information are shown after successful registration, with email used as a backup. Cohort registration confirmation is sent after successful payment and registration; cohort joining details are sent approximately 48 hours before Day 1. Recordings are normally shared within 24 hours after each delivered session.

4. Intellectual Property

Slides, prompts, recordings, workbooks and program materials are owned by AI Career Bridge India. They may not be recorded, reproduced, resold or distributed without written permission.

5. Outcomes

Training supports learning and practical implementation. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, client acquisition, income or any other career or business result.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Registration information may include name, email, mobile number, role, professional status, learning goal, selected session, payment reference and source-attribution details.

2. How We Use It

We use the information to process registration, deliver program confirmations, reminders, joining information, recordings, support and essential service communication. Promotional communication is sent only where consent or another lawful basis applies.

3. Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers such as Razorpay, Brevo, Zoom, hosting and analytics platforms only for payment, communication, program delivery, security and measurement, subject to their applicable policies.

4. Data Security

We apply access controls and minimise public exposure of credentials and participant information. Payment-card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by AI Career Bridge India.

5. Retention and Requests

Program records are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is legally or operationally required. To request access, correction or deletion, email training@support.aicareerbridgeindia.com.

All programs are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved.

1. Webinar

For an open session, the confirmation page displays the registration status and any joining information configured for that session. Email is used as a backup confirmation channel.

2. Cohort

Payment and registration confirmation are sent after successful completion. Joining details are normally sent approximately 48 hours before Day 1.

3. Recordings

Where recordings are included, they are normally shared within 24 hours after the relevant delivered session.

4. Delivery Issues

Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Effective Date: 23 July 2026

1. Free Webinar

No payment is collected for a free webinar, so no refund applies. Registration is for the selected participant and session.

2. Paid Cohort

Cohort registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.

3. One-Time Rescheduling

A participant may request one transfer to the next available cohort by emailing training@support.aicareerbridgeindia.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the registered cohort. Rescheduling is not available after the cohort has started or for non-attendance without prior notice.

4. Cancellation by AI Career Bridge India

If we cancel a cohort, the participant may choose transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Payment Errors

Duplicate payments and confirmed payment-processing errors are refunded after verification. Approved refunds are normally returned through Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

6. Operational Rescheduling

We may reschedule a cohort for operational or technical reasons. Registered participants will be informed and may choose the revised schedule or the next available cohort.
